Then, stick around for a celebration filled with music, an incredible food truck, amazing vendors, and good company!

The Big Run 5K Training Programs

The Big Run 5K training program is a great opportunity for someone looking to run their first 5K or get back into running. This program is designed to teach you the basics of running, such as nutrition, rest, and breathing. The program slowly builds you from walking to running your first 5K.

The best thing about joining the Big Run 5K training program is that it connects you to a community of like-minded people looking to accomplish a 5K. You’ll get to build community and find support alongside many other runners in this program as you work towards the finish line!
