6-Week Speed Training Program
This training program is designed for runners looking to get stronger and faster this summer! If you’re someone who has run a few races and is now looking to improve on their times this summer, this program is the place for you. In this training program, you’ll get to meet up with a coach and like minded individuals 3 times a week to work on getting faster. Along the way we will provide you with tips on nutrition, how to properly warm up, motivation and more.
Program Includes:
- 6 weeks of daily training with our expert coaches
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun with 3 x in person meet ups per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- 2X weekly strength routines to make you strong and resistant to injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
- Tips from pro athletes on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more
- Coaching support in person and via email to answer your questions along the way
- Educational clinics with certified nutritionists and physical therapists
